Updated cp_edifice to rc1
Added koth_octothorpe_b10 and koth_canopy_b3a to "recently added"
Added koth_trainfalls_v5 to server, but it will require an admin to switch to it, it seems rather bad.

hear me out on this. trainsawlazer is a very hit or miss map, and tbh I don't really like all the gimmicky shit that's been added recently. this version, however, is the "pro" version of it (using the term loosely). It gets rid of a lot of the annoying shit and I think would be a much more popular option for the server.

To quote ueak crash, it has "No timer pauses, no map events, more clipping, less acid, no random timers, no spells, less trains, longer capture, longer spawns, shorter timers." Sounds much more palatable, no? I propose we replace whatever version of trainsawlaser we currently have with this one; should make the map much more enjoyable for everyone

People ask for trainsawlazer because of what it is though. People who ask for it like the crazy crap that's in the map and replacing the stock map with the pro version probably just won't get it voted for at all. Putting the stock version up against the pro version in a vote, stock would probably win most of the time.

I was thinking that the pro version would be a middle ground between the craziness of trainsawlazer and something that's actually playable. the pro version still has some crazy shit.

Any admins have the ability to do votes and change maps doesn't always have to be a full admin.

I've updated pd_watergate_b6p's plugin for a small fix allowing spys to keep their beer they pick up, but which excludes them from ever becoming team-leaders.

Thanks for the update! We've been rather busy lately, but I'm hoping to have time this week to poke at things and get it going. Seems neat, though the pile of extensions required means I have to document a lot.

Badwater redesigned to fix some of its major flaws, mostly making C easier to cap and B easier to defend. goal is not to completely change things. intended for hl, but would still be fun to mess around with
